As a key member of our Performing Arts team in regional South Australia, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality performing arts experiences to local communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Associate Producer to lead the coordination of performing arts tours and events, working closely with artists, producers, and community presenters to ensure successful project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of performing arts tours and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including artists, producers, and community presenters, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Support the Executive Programmer in various aspects of performing arts programming, providing strategic guidance and operational expertise.

This is a challenging full-time role being offered as a 2-year fixed-term position. We are seeking someone who has demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budget constraints, experience in coordinating all aspects of project delivery, including logistics, event safety, and contracts, a sound understanding of the needs of artists and communities, and expertise in performing arts, touring, and venue operations.
