Job Summary

SA Health is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture department in the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network. As an Assistant HR Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering timely and high-quality HR advice and consultancy to designated sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational HR procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient organizational operations.
  • Collaborate with Human Resource Consultants to tackle HR challenges, support project work, and maintain effective work practices.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection, classification management, industrial relations, training and development, HR governance, and compliance.
  • Support workplace health and safety, employee redeployment, and other HR-related initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and research HR issues.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to promote and model HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and practices in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide high-quality HR advice and consultancy.
