About the role
- As a Clinical Specialist - Mental Health, you will be part of a passionate and supportive team dedicated to helping young people achieve their full potential.
- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver time-limited, focused interventions for young people with mental health concerns.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- You will also contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and meet the needs of our clients.
About you
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health professional with a passion for working with young people.
- You will have a strong understanding of evidence-based interventions and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Key requirements include:
- Undergraduate or graduate qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or Occupational Therapy with training in Mental Health
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) or current full membership with the applicable Australian Professional Association
- You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
