
Vehicle Service Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Advisor to join our service team, supporting the latest electric vehicle technology.
This role will require travel as needed and directed by management. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive stock, pick, ship, and transact materials inventory to meet the needs of vehicle service.
- Accurately record parts transactions and data into the Dealer Management System, ensuring attention to detail is critical.
- Conduct transactions with systems, walk customers through orders, and provide summaries.
- Evaluate any issues that need addressing to correct inbound packaging issues from internal and external suppliers.
- Maintain records of time, expenses, and materials.
- Communicate estimated parts shipment and arrival times, including regular updates.
- Follow up with customers on parts orders to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles.
- Experience in automotive equipment and servicing methods.
- DMS Systems, SAP, MS Office Suite proficiency.
- 1-3 years' experience in the automotive industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to follow instructions.
- The ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public.
- Maintain top-level professional integrity and appearance as a Parts Advisor.
