Automotive Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service bookings, and preparing detailed quotes and job cards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service bookings from start to finish with precision and care
  • Prepare detailed quotes and job cards, ensuring customer understanding and approval
  • Keep communication flowing between technicians and customers
  • Recommend additional services with integrity and value in mind
  • Monitor workshop scheduling to keep everything running smoothly
  • Follow up after every job to maintain long-term customer relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a workshop Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Solid understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts
  • Brilliant communication and people skills
  • Organisational skills that keep the workshop running like clockwork
  • Confidence using workshop management software & MS Office
