Deliver high-quality home support services to our valued aged care customers, empowering them to live independently and maintain their dignity:

  • This rewarding role offers the provision of personal support services to clients in their own homes.
  • We are seeking permanent part-time Support Workers to join our team, with a competitive hourly rate of $32.56 + 11.5% superannuation.
  • The successful candidates will also enjoy travel allowance of $0.92 per km plus paid travel time between clients.
  • The position is based in New England NSW, covering various locations including Tamworth, Armidale, Guyra, Manilla, Moree, Inverell, Glen Innes, Gunnedah, Tenterfield, Narrabri, Baraba, Quirindi, Werris Creek, Hillvue & Bingara.

Key Requirements:

  • A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle are mandatory.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19, with a minimum of two doses required.
  • Flexibility to work a range of rosters between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or holding a Certificate III in Individual Support is essential.

About the Role:

  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal preparation and medication prompting.
  • Help at Home: Provide assistance with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and assisted dressing.
  • Transportation: Transport clients to appointments, shopping and social outings.
  • Client Awareness: Foster positive relationships with clients, observing their needs and providing ongoing training and support.
