Retirement Living Manager Position

This role requires a strong understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and Residential Home Care Packages, as well as excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. The Retirement Living Manager is responsible for leading the team at our Noosa Waters Retirement Village in Noosaville.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the safety of the village, acting as the village lead in interactions with residents, residents' committees, and the local community. Efficient complaint handling, promotion of social and activities programs, and contribution towards the strategic direction of the village are also essential aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of management experience, sales and marketing qualifications, and previous experience within a Retirement Living environment. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills are also required.
