About Us
">- The Infusion Centre provides patients with access to a range of treatments, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion services.
We are currently seeking a committed and compassionate clerk
">- To provide clerical and reception support in a courteous and professional manner.
- To maintain a welcoming environment, handle telephone calls and enquiries promptly, and respond to patient requests or refer them to the appropriate team member.
- To ensure confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive information.
About You
">- You will be a motivated and reliable individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- You will bring recent experience in a ward or unit reception role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a flexible and positive approach.
- You will have initiative, self-motivation, and a willingness to ask for support when required.
- You will have strong organisational and multitasking skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
