Cabrini's Day Oncology and Infusion Centre provides patients with access to a comprehensive range of cancer treatments.

We are seeking a committed and compassionate individual to provide clerical and reception support, as well as general administrative assistance.

This role involves greeting and assisting visitors, patients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be efficient, organized, and able to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing reception services and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Handling telephone calls and enquiries promptly and appropriately
  • Responding to patient requests or referring them to the appropriate team member
  • Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive information

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess recent experience in a ward or unit reception role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a flexible and positive approach.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
