**What You Will Be Doing**

The Ward Clerk position for At Home Subacute is a multifaceted role that includes traditional ward clerk responsibilities, alongside a variety of general administrative tasks. As At Home Subacute provides home-based services for clients, this role requires flexibility and adaptability to support both clinical and administrative needs for client care in their home. The Ward Clerk reports directly to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) of the At Home Subacute service where they are employed and are responsible for presenting a professional, welcoming and informative reception when communicating with patients within the program. Additionally, they provide efficient and effective general clerical support for the At Home Subacute staff, respecting confidentiality at all times

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Demonstrated competency in medical terminology.
- High level computer skills, including experience using iPM
- Previous Experience in a Health Setting (Desirable)

**Additional Requirements**
