**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall performance of our contact centre operations by providing detailed analysis and reporting.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to interpret reports and deliver results to key stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain high-level detail and analysis for Direct Consumers Sales / Retention Contact Centre.
  • Interpret data and present findings to senior leaders.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting production.
  • Be the technical resource for contact centre leaders.
  • Maintain existing reports and reporting solutions.
  • Document business processes as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.
  • Expertise in data analysis and extracting insights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with contact centre environment is desirable but not essential.
