Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that shape financial strategy? We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a high-performing finance team, where you'll design and deliver innovative data solutions that improve performance, reporting, and decision-making.

What you'll do:

  • Build, cleanse, and integrate data into accessible platforms for Finance Partners and business leaders
  • Design data models and visualisations that enable self-service and unlock business insights
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting and analytics
  • Ensure data integrity within a strong control framework
  • Partner closely with Finance to deliver solutions supporting the future operating model
  • Build data literacy and technical know-how across the wider Finance team

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in data, performance reporting, or finance change projects
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and DAX (Tableau knowledge a plus)
  • Experience with financial services or working within finance teams
  • Ability to design user-friendly dashboards and data-driven solutions
  • Business acumen – comfortable with financial modelling, benefits analysis, and performance insights
  • Degree in IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA qualifications a bonus)
