Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Social Investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing modelling efficiency, developing innovative models, and solving complex problems to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with analysts to enhance modelling efficiency and scale functions.
  • Develop innovative models and simulations using the Julia programming language.
  • Solve complex problems to support data-driven decision-making at a large scale.
  • Contribute to government policy analysis and decision-making across Victorian state government portfolios.
  • Assist in building and improving robust microsimulation models for policy initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and support key tools that influence government policies and public services.
