Optimize Your Career as a Senior Data Analyst

We're on the hunt for an exceptional data analyst to join our team. As part of Optivia's growth, this role will involve working closely with our Technical Director to provide technical support and develop innovative data solutions.

About the Role

This senior data analyst position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning new technologies related to data analysis and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Systems, with 1-4 years of work experience in a technical or data-centric role
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with knowledge of Java considered an advantage
  • Experience using Lavastorm and Data360 Analyze, with familiarity with Linux and Windows platforms
  • Understanding of cloud-based IAAS and/or PAAS on Azure or AWS, and IT system networking and security principles

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing technical support for projects involving technology rollouts, software upgrades, or deployed data solutions

- Developing solutions to meet client requirements, system specifications, and technical specifications

- Actively contributing to the team's growth through training, knowledge sharing, and participating in learning sessions
