Job Title: Facilities Manager">

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating activities related to maintenance and servicing of facilities, stores, equipment, vehicle fleet and grounds. They must be proactive and have a keen eye for detail.

The role includes coordinating effective solutions for daily maintenance requests, managing preventative maintenance schedules, and maintaining equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards and security measures. General maintenance and repairs across all sites are also part of the job.

We are looking for someone with high-level organisation skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, and an ability to balance multiple priorities. Experience in trade skills or equivalent work experience is essential, as well as a current driver's licence and Senior First Aid Certificate.
