Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet and exceed client expectations.

About the Role
  • You will ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and presented in a professional manner at all times.
  • Action and manage corrective and preventative works to minimize WHS issues and insurance claims.
  • Review compliance documentation relating to facilities management, including registrations.
  • Manage day-to-day building and precinct maintenance contracts.
  • Conduct regular building and precinct inspections, including visiting tenancies.
  • Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure all precinct requirements align with company expectations and operational requirements.
Requirements
  • A passionate individual with a strong focus on delivering results, working efficiently, and having attention to detail.
  • Understanding of contract management.
  • A self-starter who can take constructive feedback.
  • Experience working in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Exposure to finance and budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of WHS and risk management principles.
  • Tech-savvy with a background in technical trades (desirable).
