Main Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for sustainable growth and simplify experiences for customers
  • Apply Business Acumen, Leadership, Change Management and Project Management experience to determine optimal project execution
  • Recruit, develop and coach Chapter members to realize their full potential

Requirements
  • Strong leadership ability and a coaching mindset
  • Excellent communication, influencing and business writing skills
  • Extensive experience in product management or strategy within financial services
  • Proven track record of performance and delivery with high integrity and judgment
  • Commercial acumen and strong analytical problem-solving skills
