Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely revenue performance information, analysis, and reports to stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, Board, Finance & Performance Committee, Chief Executive, and members of the LHD Executive.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related discipline, or extensive relevant experience in a large and diverse service industry organization.
- Demonstrated ability to provide input, interpret, monitor, and evaluate policies, procedures, and standards in the identification, management, and achievement of revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and report on complex data and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate, and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery of services.
- Highly developed and effective management and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced computer skills utilizing varied and appropriate software programs.
- Current driver's license and ability to travel as required.
