Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our NSW sales team in the Sutherland Shire area. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint and SKU count while actively seeking new business opportunities in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers and distributors.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
