Pinnacle Rehab is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in facilitating return-to-work outcomes for clients with physical injuries or psychological disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients with a physical injury or psychological disorder, completing case management and reports to facilitate return-to-work outcomes.
- Develop the skills needed to conduct motivational interviews with clients as well as influencing stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
- Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work and organise appropriate intervention with stakeholders.
- Write return-to-work plans and attend medical appointments with your clients.
- Complete reports after assessments and meetings, and communicate with medical professionals regarding diagnosis and treatment.
- Facilitate a safe and timely graduated return to work, and document case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
- General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Membership with AASW.
- Car and valid Driver's license.
- Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
