Leadership Role Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional General Manager to drive performance and lead teams across three diverse properties in Melbourne's CBD.

  • This role offers the chance to manage a portfolio, oversee daily operations, and work closely with apartment owners.

You will bring proven expertise in accommodation management, revenue generation, financial performance, owner relations, and guest service.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Overseeing daily operations across all three properties
    • Leading, developing, and mentoring multi-site teams to deliver consistent guest satisfaction
    • Managing financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, P&L accountability, and cost controls
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with apartment owners and stakeholders
    • Acting as the primary liaison for strata-titled property stakeholders
    • Driving sales, local engagement, and market growth in Melbourne's competitive environment

Requirements include:

  • Extensive experience in senior hotel leadership roles, ideally across multi-site or strata-titled properties
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of hotel systems, including PMS (RMS preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with apartment owners and corporate partners
  • Strong leadership ability to inspire, guide, and manage teams across multiple sites
