Property Consultant Position

Our telecommunications organization is seeking a skilled Property Consultant to join its successful team in Melbourne.

This hybrid role requires the candidate to be based anywhere but must have regular presence in our Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full compliance with legislative requirements and regulations.
  • Provide specialist property advice on acquisitions and operations.
  • Ensure adherence to client contracts and regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization.
  • Liaise with legal advisors, clients, building owners to formalize contracts.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills at all levels of property contracts.
  • Possess knowledge of site acquisition and wireless communications.
  • Have experience in commercial leasing.
  • Display leadership capabilities.
  • Understand town planning in relation to telecommunications.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of property law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
