Senior Property Leader Opportunity

In the heart of Melbourne's central business district, we seek an experienced senior property leader to oversee and drive performance across three unique properties: Mantra 100 Exhibition, Urban Apartments Melbourne on Elizabeth, and Adelphi Hotel. With support from a leading hospitality management group, this role offers the chance to manage diverse portfolios, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with stakeholders.

  • Oversee daily operations across all three properties, ensuring exceptional service and presentation standards.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor cross-site teams to deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, P&L accountability, and cost controls.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders, including apartment owners and body corporate representatives.
  • Act as primary liaison for strata-titled property stakeholders.
  • Drive sales, local engagement, and market growth in Melbourne's competitive CBD environment.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety and operational policies.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, ideally across multi-site or strata-titled properties.
  • Strong financial acumen with proven track record in revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong leadership ability to inspire, guide, and manage teams across multiple sites.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems, including PMS (RMS preferred), Channel Management, and accounting software.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to operations and guest experience delivery.
  • A clear commitment to compliance, safety, and operational standards.
