Sales and Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team in a fully integrated approach. The ideal candidate will possess previous sales administration experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all sales administration tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure seamless transactions.
- Coordinate photo shoots, floor plans, marketing materials, and agent branding to enhance our online presence.
- Prepare and attend proposals, presentations, and auctions to showcase properties effectively.
- Manage exchanges and settlements with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Meet and greet clients, attend meetings, and functions to build strong relationships.
- Support the Director with ad-hoc administration duties as required.
- A minimum of [estimated salary: $90k] per year, depending on experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administration and computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Outlook.
- The ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain.
