Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced ICT support for desktop hardware, software, and video-conferencing systems across multiple sites, providing face-to-face onsite support as needed.
  • Manage the provisioning and maintenance of ICT equipment, maintaining accurate records of the ICT asset register in collaboration with the Desktop Support Team.
  • Work closely with Level 3 ICT teams, including external vendors, to coordinate hardware repairs, warranty services, and system upgrades.
Requirements and Selection Criteria
  • Proven experience in ICT management and support.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of desktop hardware and software, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
