Create Memorable Encounters for Our Guests and Team Members

The Lead Experience Champion plays a pivotal part in supporting the Venue Manager and team to bring our purpose of 'crafting memorable experiences' to life.

This is a dynamic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where you'll motivate and inspire your team to deliver genuine and personalized guest experiences.

As an engaging people leader, you'll champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations.

You'll also proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has great hospitality leadership and operational experience, with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

They're passionate about the guest experience and inspiring, coaching, and developing their team.

They hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver genuine and personalized guest experiences
  • Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations
  • Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives
  • Build a responsible service culture that's centered around fun, passion, and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are

What we need from you:

• Great hospitality leadership and operational experience

• Contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and inspiring, coaching, and developing your team

• Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
