We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Restorative Care Specialists in Sydney. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering high-quality support services to clients with complex needs.

  • The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Ongoing assessments and evaluations are conducted to monitor client progress, allowing for adjustments to be made to the care plan as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality restorative care services to clients with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being is met.
  2. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure a seamless care experience for clients.
  3. Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to ensure timely updates and information sharing between stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Registered nurse or allied health professional qualification.
  • Experience working with clients with complex needs and their families, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
