Job Title: Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our restoration services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality restoration services for properties and contents affected by emergency situations.

  • You will conduct assessments for insurance claims, documenting damages caused by water, fire, mould or accidental damage.
  • Reporting on findings, providing recommendations for repairs and restoring damaged properties to their original condition.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with trade/labouring backgrounds, however, it is not essential. What is important is your ability to work independently, think critically, and provide excellent customer service.

As a Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting site inspections and assessments to determine the extent of damages.
  2. Preparing detailed reports and documentation for insurance claims.
  3. Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement repair plans.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

A driver's licence is essential, as you will be required to travel to various locations within Sydney and surrounds. You must also be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, Police check, and pass a Physical assessment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including emergency response capabilities, flood, sewage and damage clean-ups, fire repairs, structural remediation, and restoration to commercial, residential and community properties.
