We are a rapidly growing civil and structural engineering firm seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling inbound calls, administering inquiries and arranging meeting rooms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors at the reception area
- Manage all incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly
- Handle administrative tasks such as responding to emails and letters
- Arrange meeting rooms and coordinate with staff members
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying and filing documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
