This role is for an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to work in our Sydney office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reception and customer service, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations and perform reception duties.
  • Coordinate meetings, receive visitors and distribute mail.
  • Maintain APRA's inbox and manage administrative tasks.
  • Support building management and office operations across all APRA AMCOS offices in Australia.
  • Manage the Administration's workflow via APRA's internal ticketing system (JIRA Kanban Board).
  • Assist with office work, health and safety responsibilities, including being a dedicated Fire Warden and First Aid Officer.
  • Liaise with third-party service providers as required.
  • Maintain stationery stock levels and kitchen consumables stock.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service.
  • Intermediate-level working proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
