Job Title:

A supportive administrative professional is required to provide assistance in a dynamic office environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and presentation in the Reception area, acting as the first point of contact for clients and guests.
  • Coordinate daily operations, manage diaries, and arrange appointments and meetings.
  • Take minutes during committee and board meetings.
  • Receive deliveries, sort mail, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including document preparation, formatting, and filing.
  • Provide support with budgeting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Create and update records and databases regularly.
  • Assist the Office Manager and staff as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or secretarial roles, preferably in finance or property.
  • Highly professional manner and presentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures, word processing, spreadsheet, and mail management.
