About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Employer Engagement Consultant to join our team at atWork DES. As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with employers and community networks to secure employment opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network and Partnership Development: Engage with employers and community networks to identify and secure employment opportunities for our clients.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a small caseload of clients, providing advocacy and support to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and businesses to promote our services and support.
  • Client Support: Provide information and support to clients to help them prepare for and secure employment.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of our services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant field and/or significant experience in employment services, community development, or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employers, clients, and community partners.
  • Knowledge and Understanding: A strong understanding of employment services, disability employment, and community development principles and practices.
