We're seeking a strategic HR professional to join our team as a People Development Partner.

**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business leaders to drive organisational success through people-focused initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies, succession planning, leadership development, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify key talent requirements and develop targeted solutions
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on career development processes
- Implement employee wellness programs and diversity initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage employee relations and provide support to the Talent Team on recruitment activities as needed
- Demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally within a role with an ER/IR focus
- Proven coaching skills with the ability to support Leaders through organisational change
- Tertiary qualified in HR or related discipline
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Change Management is desirable
