Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Port Macquarie, NSW. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients
  • Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Coordinating and liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Completing detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • At least 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation consulting role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to rehabilitation services
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
