This is an incredible opportunity to join our Mental Health Team as a full-time Client Engagement Specialist. The role involves being the first point of contact, establishing a positive and timely relationship with our service, and ensuring clients feel welcomed, supported, and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intake responsibilities including outbound contact with referred clients experiencing mental health challenges, scheduling appointments, and program enrolment.
  • Management of inbound phone and email enquiries.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team leader and partnerships coordinator.
  • Proactively working with internal stakeholders to enhance opportunities for cross-referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A client-facing or customer service background is essential.
  • Experience using Genesys and Salesforce is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and professionally with people affected by common mental health challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport on first interaction.
