About the Role

The Community Engagement Officer's role is responsible for building relationships and driving engagement with Community Organizations, Educational Institutes, high Schools, Employers, and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships and driving engagement with Community Organizations and Educational Institutions within the employment region.
  • Providing post-placement support to the employer and young person to identify risks of falling out of employment/education.
  • Implementing individualized strategies to eliminate risks of fall out and increase job sustainability.
