As part of our team, you will lead guests through the breathtaking Tasmanian wilderness, sharing engaging stories and insights about the region's natural wonders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver seamless cruise operations
  • Provide in-depth information and interpretation about the local environment, culture, and history
  • Manage onboard safety and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances
  • Level 2 Workplace First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Tasmanian or National RSA Certification, or ability to acquire
  • Elements of Shipboard Safety (ESS) or similar certification, or ability to acquire
  • Knowledge of contemporary food and beverage service styles, including wine, beer, and spirit varieties
  • Do Food Safely certificate of completion
