- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF equivalent)
- Insurance broking experience, ideally with an SME or commercial book
- Prior experience managing a small team
- Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products
- Experience in developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs
- Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets
