Job Title: Senior Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and committed nurse to provide quality care to a diverse range of patients in a dynamic healthcare setting.

This role involves providing patient-centered care through:

  • Chronic Disease Management, including Care Plans and Health Assessments
  • Immunisations and Vaccinations
  • ECGs and Spirometry
  • Wound care and dressings
  • Assisting doctors with minor surgical procedures
  • Daily coordination of the treatment room, stock control, and medical equipment maintenance
  • Implementing and practicing infection control
  • Identifying and contributing to the development of patient educational needs

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Current unrestricted nursing registration with AHPRA
  • Strong clinical background
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Caring and collaborative approach to patient care
  • Proven multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management skills

This role focuses on Chronic Condition Management, essential in primary health care. You will work closely with management to develop new nurse-led clinic ideas, policies, and procedures while meeting key performance indicators. This is a permanent part-time position, working 2-3 days a week plus ability to cover personal and annual leave.
