Overview

We're seeking caring individuals to join our team as a Personal Carer.

Location: Cooinda aged care, Gympie, QLD. Multiple Part Time/ Casual postings available.

Salary: $31.10 to $33.94 per hour + Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances + Employee Discounts

About the Role
  • Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
  • Work as part of a team - Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
  • Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
  • Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
  • Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.
About You

You will share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation and integrity— and are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of others. You will bring:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience in a similar role in aged care
