Job OverviewThis role is responsible for accurate and timely payroll administration, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Coordinate with employees and management on payroll-related matters while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in payroll processing.
- Certificate IV in Payroll Administration or related qualification (desirable).
- Previous experience in similar roles within medium to large organisations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g. Preceda, Dayforce, SAP.HR3, or equivalent).
