Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee production drawings, prepare comprehensive technical reports, and ensure program, technical quality, and delivery.
  • Manage geotechnical design packages, ensuring effective collaboration with other disciplines to guarantee overall design integrity.
  • Conduct site investigations and inspections to verify project compliance and provide guidance on geotechnical matters.
  • Lead junior team members on geotechnical design and analysis projects, fostering growth and development.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Bring extensive years of experience in the geotechnical industry, showcasing expertise in geotechnical analysis and design software.
  • Demonstrate proven site investigation experience, along with significant years of experience in a design consultancy environment.
  • Exhibit high-level proficiency in structural foundation design, soft soil stabilization, embankments, slope stabilization, excavation retention systems, and soil structure interaction.
  • Display excellent client-focus, report writing, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to deliver to client needs.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and team members, with strong influencing, motivating, and delegation skills.
