
Part-Time Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrator to oversee the efficient management of our facilities.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that administration systems facilitate effective facility management, handling all incoming contacts with the facility efficiently and effectively.
This includes telecommunications, personal contacts and mail. The successful candidate will be accountable to the Residence Manager for the administration area, and will assist the Residence Manager with stock control using the Arcare order system as directed.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring administration systems facilitate effective residence management.
- Assisting the Residence Manager with employee rostering and stock control using the Arcare order system.
- Handling all incoming contacts with the facility efficiently and effectively.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the health or aged care industry.
- Proficiency in computers and use of software, including Microsoft, Rostering Software (Time Target / Human Force), spreadsheets, databases and Outlook.
- An Administration Certificate/Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification combined with experience in a relevant administration setting.
- A strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
