Job Title: Senior Client Manager

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional end-to-end client experiences, ensuring all commitments and deliverables are met.

  • Maintain daily client dashboards to monitor BAU activities and identify any issues that require escalation.
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date client profile details in a centralized CRM tool, including AUM, strategy, assets traded, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for any client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, product support, and technology teams to deliver cohesive solutions that follow industry best practices.
  • Provide consultation on workflows and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
  • Monitor client health via scorecards and develop remediation plans when necessary.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in investment management or 3+ years of platform experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Math, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations.
  • Organized performer with strong collaboration and team building skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down problems and develop pragmatic solutions.
