Job Opportunity

We are seeking a subject matter expert in insurance operations within superannuation to support our member experience uplift program on a 12-month maximum term contract basis.

  • Review initiatives arising from previous recommendations and provide guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure overall program alignment to risk management frameworks and prudential standards.
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership on program progress and updates.
  • Partner with external stakeholders to implement change effectively.
