About the Role
We are seeking a proactive professional to join our team and be responsible for providing administrative support services.
This role will work in a collaborative environment and report to a Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice on matters relating to the employee life cycle including contract creation, employee movements, leave and hours.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and solutions.
- Maintain high quality standards by ensuring data integrity of employee records.
- Become an expert in HR systems to support the organisation.
- Act as a liaison between different teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or related field with equivalent experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with time management ability, problem solving skills and strong computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
