Job Overview

The Manager, Mineral Tenements role is a pivotal position within our organization. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the Mineral Tenements team and program, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

  • Lead and manage the Mineral Tenements team to achieve business objectives and provide high levels of service to the state.
  • Administer relevant legislation to ensure grant and management of mining and exploration tenure comply with all relevant laws.
  • Plan, manage, and implement critical policies and procedures to drive business success.

To excel in this role, you will require a strong background in mining or a related field, proven leadership and team management skills, excellent understanding of relevant legislation, and strong planning, organisational, and implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Mineral Tenements team and program, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in mining or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and implementation skills.
  • Qualifications in management, policy, or legal-related disciplines are highly desirable.
