Operational Excellence Specialist

\Job Description:

This high-influence position drives operational improvements through data-driven decision making, providing strategic insight to senior leaders. Key responsibilities include supporting the business unit's weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly cadence, performance management, annual goals, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, insights and dashboards to drive key business decisions across ANZ.
  • Provide routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding strategic initiatives, partner segment performance, performance against goals, etc.
  • Model and develop recommendations for coverage/capacity/competency planning aligned with targeted customer segmentation/verticals.
  • Drive insights and strategic projects to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness internally in the Sales Operations team and in the field.

About the Team:

The Sales Operations team are part of a larger organization; advisors and partners to sales leaders driving sales success through operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
