Job Title: Measurement Partner

We are seeking a driven and empathetic professional to collaborate with our Marketing Science Measurement team as a Measurement Partner. This role involves working closely with leading clients and agencies to develop tailored measurement strategies and optimize marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders on measurement methodologies and best practices.
  2. Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized measurement solutions.
  3. Creating clear, data-driven reports to communicate insights effectively and support decision-making.
  4. Applying expertise in incrementality analysis (BLS, CLS, MMT) to assess the impact of marketing initiatives.
  5. Utilizing knowledge of measurement standards (MTA and MMM) to enhance measurement solutions and drive business growth.
  6. Partnering with cross-functional teams to align measurement efforts with company goals and objectives.
  7. Providing regular updates and insights to support strategic decision-making and business development.
  8. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising or large marketing organizations, with a strong understanding of measurement and analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as science, mathematics, operations, business, marketing, or research, with a focus on statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems through experimental design and analysis, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and goal-oriented task management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
