Join us in a challenging and rewarding role where you will be working closely with large employers to ensure they are meeting the requirements of accreditation. This includes supporting their annual Health and Safety, and Claims and Injury Management assessments, establishing action plans where an employer has failed to meet a requirement, completing monitoring of claim files and discussing performance with employers.

About this role

  • This is an exciting time to join our team as we operationalise changes to the Accredited Employers Programme.
  • As a Monitoring Specialist, you will have a portfolio of Accredited Employers with whom you work to ensure they are meeting and maintaining the requirements of accreditation.

What you need to succeed

  • Experience working in a legislated environment involving risk and compliance.
  • Experience with ACC case and technical claims management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • An ability to influence and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to analyse, evaluate and interpret statistical and performance related data.
